1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.

• After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Installation/service charges.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

• Customized orders.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon verification.
